Welcome to FreshPup Farms (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://freshpup.ca (the “Site”) and any related services offered by FreshPup Farms.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. Taxes and delivery fees will be calculated at checkout where applicable.

Delivery

FreshPup Farms delivers fresh, gently cooked dog food primarily within the Greater Victoria, British Columbia area. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

 

4. Subscription Orders

Some products may be offered as subscription-based purchases. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the specified frequency.

You may modify or cancel your subscription through your account or by contacting us before the next billing cycle.

 

 

5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of fresh dog food:

  • Returns are generally not accepted.

  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion if you are unsatisfied with your order or if there is an issue with product quality.

Please contact us promptly if there is a problem with your order.

 

 

6. Payment

We accept major payment methods including credit cards and other payment options made available at checkout.

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the full amount of your purchase.
